Rod uses microprocessors and motion-sensing weighing technology to determine the weight of a moving patient. The 500KL Medical Scale has a capacity of 500 lbs (220 kg). The large, low-platform of the 500KL provides two wheels for mobility and measures 12.75 x 20.5 x 43.5 in (32.4 x 52.1 x 110.5 cm) for safe access. The digital 500KL scale features EMR connectivity via USB with a user friendly interface and functions including Body Mass Index (BMI), Hold / Release, Zero out / Tare and LB/KG conversion with locking capability. The Doctors Scale also offers a built in height rod with a range of 30 - 84 in (76 - 214 cm) and a graduation of 1/8 in (0.3 cm). The Digital Column Scale is powered by 6 AA Batteries (included) or an optional AC Adapter (see ACCESSORIES Tab).
